I'm replying to this post to help people out with Autel/Mercedes DPF issues. Tried with W212 (2014 - 212.002)
Some autel range support dpf functions however on Mercedes the tool may not do what you need it to do.
It has the capability to teach in new dpf so reset to Zero and peform manual regeneration. However, if you get DTC 2463 dpf level implausible, check live data. You will see a dpf fill level of something high like 400% then the Autel tool range will not clear this and so you will noy be able to perform dpf regen, instead you will get error prerequisites not met again and again.
This can happen if there is a mileage discrepency between EZS and CGW, so do not perform any mileage correction in EZS only in the odometer (depending on model). This causes the 400% to be planted into the DPF not allowing regen.
The only way to clear this is by flashing the ECU which can only be done by Mercedes Star and if you have a clone of Star it may also not work as the star system may want to update ecu sw and have to go online. Therfore this will have to be done by Dealer MB.
Hope this helps.
